At that time, everyone was excited to truly own in-game items, but later various problems gradually emerged. Now, with the emergence of blockchain technology, it seems to provide a new solution to this old problem.

OVERTAKE chooses to start from the existing trading demands of Web2 game assets, reconstructing the relationship between players and digital assets through methods such as smart contract custody. This idea is very interesting. It is not simply moving Web2 to Web3, but rather using Blockchain to solve core pain points such as trust and security while maintaining user experience.

However, there is still a long way to go to truly achieve "Web3 products that do not look like Web3." How to balance decentralization with usability and how to cope with potential regulatory challenges are all issues that need continuous exploration. I hope OVERTAKE can go further on this PvE path and explore a new sustainable development path for the entire industry. After all, only projects that address real needs can bring real value to Blockchain technology.
